Achieving those sharp edges for a polished and professional looking cake can be difficult. These cake edgy smoothers make the job much easier. Use to:

• Smooth the fondant on the surface of your cake
• Lift up uncooked cookie dough shapes to place on baking trays
• Lift modelling and rolled out fondant pieces without damaging them

Size: 78mm x 105mm.

Each packet contains 2 smoothers

Instructions: To create smooth fondant edges, apply the fondant and use the Cake Edgy smoothers to gently press and smooth the edges of the cake. Hold the smoothers at a slight angle against the cake and move them along the sides to create clean, crisp edges. Continue smoothing until you achieve the desired sharpness and smoothness.
