This basket bag measures 24 X 30. You can pull the bag over your gift from the top down and tape it under the bottom of the item. Then you can use a hair dryer to shrink it at the bottom first, then the top and then the middle. Be sure to keep the blow dryer moving so you dont burn a hole in the plastic. When you are done shrinking the plastic add some of the ribbons that are included in the package for a beautifully presented gift. You may also put your gift into the bag and tie it with ribbon. You dont have to shrink it if you would like to present it this way.
